How do I keep a daily dhikr habit when my schedule is packed?

A packed day still has seams: the walk to the door, the kettle boiling, the last two minutes on the mat after salah. Attach a short, named dhikr to one of those seams and do not move it. Consistency of a small amount is more beloved than a long list that appears only on quiet weekends.

Keep the wording simple — subhanAllah, alhamdulillah, Allahu akbar, and salawat on the Prophet ﷺ. If you miss a day, resume the next without a guilt spiral. The habit is a rope you pick up again, not a test you have already failed.
